PROJECT DETAILS:

In Didam, the client purchased an old printing house that was once attached to a semi-detached home. Except for a few original walls, the entire structure was demolished to make room for a new vision. In its place, a contemporary detached bungalow was created – complete with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, and a welcoming hall with guest toilet.

From the start, the client’s vision was remarkably clear. She knew exactly how she wanted the home to feel: light, modern and purposeful. Colours, materials, lighting and functionality all played a central role. She has a particular love for iridescent effects – that subtle play of shifting colour – and wanted this to be woven gently into the interior design.

The result is a home defined by a bold lighting concept and a refined use of iridescent accents in the wet areas. A modern atmosphere, bright spatiality and carefully placed LED lighting tie everything together, creating a space that feels both expressive and serene.
